Password Help

If you have forgotten your password, or the password provided to you on the back of your invoice is not working, visit the guide on how to reset your password.

All computers are sent out with the password set to “none”.

Computer Not starting

If you are having trouble starting your computer, make sure the power cord is plugged into a good outlet and is plugged into the computer. If the issue persists visit the guide on how to do a PRAM Reset
